Bio

Fanfare Orchestra "Psalm 150" from Dinxperlo is a music association with a rich
history of high-level musical performances and a strong connection to the local
community. In 2024, the music association celebrated its 125th anniversary. In
addition to the A-orchestra, the music association has two training orchestras, a
party band, and offers its own music education. The A-orchestra has been playing at
the highest level for more than three decades and has been led by Tijmen Botma
since 1997. Psalm 150 aims to promote the fanfare orchestra and fanfare music.
We enjoy performing high-quality music to give our musicians a challenge. At the
same time, we strive to touch the audience with beautiful yet innovative music.
Additionally, the orchestra participates in parades, serenades, church services, and
special occasions in Dinxperlo. This results in a very diverse program throughout
the year, with which we strive to reach a wide audience. This keeps membership
attractive for our members, and we regularly welcome new orchestra members.
