Remuneration Policy
The members of the Supervisory Board do not receive any remuneration for their activities. However, they are entitled to reimbursement of expenses incurred in the performance of their duties.
Volunteers & working at WMC
In addition to the core team and Supervisory Board, WMC relies on working groups and volunteers. During the festival, hundreds of people work together behind the scenes: from audience guidance and contest organization to logistics and hospitality.
