That same year, it participated in the National Festival El Pescador in San Andrés

Competition in La Vega. In 2022, it repeated its success at the Departmental
Competition, receiving additional awards for Best Performance, Best Director, and
Best Instrumentalist, and was invited to the IX Wind and Brass event at the
International Music Festival FIMCANCUN in Mexico. The band continued its
winning streak in 2023, securing top honors at the Departmental and National
Competitions, as well as at the National Competition of Unpublished Bambuco in
Tocancipá. In 2024, it triumphed at the International Band Competition in Valencia,
