The Blue Diamonds Drum & Bugle Corps is a non-profit and recognized youth
organization dedicated to the practice and promotion of modern brass music.
Following the American model, music and show are combined during performances
and competitions. A combination of sport and music best explains this special
musical style.The Blue Diamonds are a well-known and popular youth organization
in Nienhagen and the entire region, where one can learn to play an instrument as
well as take on responsibilities within a large community.For nearly 35 years, the
Blue Diamonds have been one of the few German Drum & Bugle Corps
participating in parades, festivals, and competitions throughout Europe. Notable
successes have already been achieved during performances in Spain, Italy, France,
Poland, Italy, Denmark, and the Netherlands. Regular participation in German,
European, and World Championships.
