Blow! Indoor Festival 2026: European top evening for popular volkstümliche brass music
15 December 2025 – On Saturday, 25 April 2026, WMC Kerkrade and the Rodahal present top bands from the Alpine countries, bringing their modern, popular volkstümliche brass music to the stage. During Blow! Indoor Festival 2026, musical friendship and Limburg hospitality merge into one unforgettable experience.
The programme is inspired by the famous Woodstock der Blasmusik in Austria – the festival that gave popular volkstümliche brass music a fresh, new face worldwide. With Blow! Indoor Festival, that unique atmosphere now comes to Limburg, promising an evening filled with popular brass music, beats, beer and immersive festival vibes.
Driven by a shared ambition, WMC Kerkrade and the Rodahal are firmly placing European popular volkstümliche brass music on the map in the Euregio. We create a place where everything comes together perfectly: from virtuosic, modern brass music to a perfectly poured glass of beer. We invite you to taste and experience Alpine culture in a setting that feels warm and welcoming.
A programme full of energy and quality
We are proud to present a line-up that represents the absolute top of Europe. Expect a full evening programme featuring:
- Viera Blech (Austria): Virtuoso musicians who passionately deliver the distinctive, powerful “Alpine sound.”
- Druckluft (Germany): An absolute crowd favourite on the European music scene. Energetic, funky and guaranteed to deliver an outstanding show.
- Machlast (Austria): The fresh new generation, skillfully blending tradition with solid beats and modern arrangements.
- Miserabel (The Netherlands): Our local pride warming up the crowd. With Limburg flair and humour, they set the perfect tone as the opening act.
- Between the live performances, DJacky keeps the festival vibes alive, ensuring the energy never drops.

Blow! Indoor Festival forms a vibrant prelude to the anniversary year of the World Music Contest (WMC), taking place in Kerkrade from 9 July to 2 August 2026. While WMC offers a stage for top orchestras and competitions, Blow! brings the party and the immersive experience of popular volkstümliche music.
