The "Drumband van de koninklijke schutterij Sint-Sebastiaan" from Sint-Huibrechts
Lille (Belgium-Limburg-Pelt) is a welcome guest at marching performances at home
and abroad. Friendship, musical enjoyment and positivity are the main values in this
drumband. With an eye for both tradition and innovation, they have participated in
the WMC continuously since 1978. They do this with only members from their own
village and their own education with a mixed age between 15 and 70. The highlight
of their honours list is the title of World Champion in the WMC Marching Contest
World Division in 2022. In the last years, they also won the titles: "VLAMO
Ambassadeur / kampioen superieure afdeling" (Marching contests VLAMO 2024 +
2025) and "Kampioen der Lage Landen" (Mars- en Showwedstrijden Hamont 2024).
They are ready to participate in the WMC for the 13th consecutive year in 2026.
