Concordia Obbicht – Where Music Meets Passion and Excellence Since 1894,
Concordia Obbicht has been a driving force in the musical and cultural life of the
charming village of Obbicht. With over 160 dedicated members, including more than
130 active musicians, our association brings together talent in a vibrant concert
band, youth band, percussion ensemble, and youth percussion group. Tradition
meets innovation in everything we do. From inspiring performances and gala
concerts to award-winning competitions, Concordia delivers music that moves and
connects. both orchestras have won several provincial, national and even world
titles in the past. With the Limburg championship of the wind orchestra and the vice
world championship of the percussion ensemble still fresh in our memories. Each
year, our young soloists shine with regional and national titles. Our strong focus on
youth development, musical education, and community involvement makes us more
than just a music group—we’re a cornerstone of local life. Whether supporting
village events or performing for charitable causes, Concordia Obbicht is always in
