Bio
Brass Band du Hainaut was founded in April 2014. With the growing popularity of
brass bands in France, the Hainaut region could not be left behind... It brings
together musicians from the Hainaut-Avesnois-Cambrésis region and even beyond
our borders, including the Belgian part of the province of Hainaut. Whether
professionals or knowledgeable amateurs, all the musicians come together with a
single goal: the pleasure of sharing an original musical experience. Combining
originality and tradition, the BBH promotes the rich repertoire of brass bands while
also including more contemporary pieces. A variety of projects are organized to
encourage musical encounters (concerts with choirs, guest soloists, shows, public
rehearsals, etc.). Together with gala concerts and other competitions, these projects
provide a diverse range of opportunities to perform and meet a variety of
audiences.
