International Conductors Competition

Throughout 2016 and 2017 WMC Kerkrade and the Dutch Union of Band Directors and Instructors (BvOI) organise eight conducting courses across the world. These four or five-day courses will be given by renowned conductors who have strong bonds with the regional culture and wind music.

At the end of each course, one or two participants will be rewarded with cost-reimbursed tickets and all expenses paid for the International Conductors Competition (ICC), which will take place during the 18th WMC Kerkrade in July of 2017.
